Chocolate Snow Clouds

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups finely ground walnuts
  • 3 egg whites
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) dark chocolate
  • 7 tbsp butter

Instructions:
Beat egg whites until stiff and gradually mix in powdered sugar. Fold in ground walnuts. Pipe or spoon small rounds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 300°F for 20 minutes. Melt chocolate with butter and sandwich cookies together. Drizzle extra chocolate over the tops.

Golden Star Vanilla Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup thick plain yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in yogurt, oil, and vanilla. Stir in flour and baking powder.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions:
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Mix in oil. Add flour, baking powder, walnuts, and apples.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tbsp ground almonds or walnuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
Knead into a soft dough and chill for 30 minutes. Shape cookies and bake at 325°F for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
