Ingredients:
- 6 slices of day-old bread
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Butter, for frying
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the milk, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
