Baked potatoes with sausages recipe is a easy dinner to make. It combines tender potatoes, flavorful sausages, cheese, and yogurt for a meal the whole family will love. Ready in under an hour, it’s perfect for busy weeknights or weekends.

Ingredients:

  • 8 large potatoes
  • Cheese (to taste)
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 sausages of your choice
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • Spices of your choice (salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, etc.)
  • Oil

Instructions:

  1. In one pot, cook the potatoes until tender. In a separate pot, cook the eggs.
  2. Once both are cooked, peel the potatoes and eggs, then chop them into small pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped potatoes and eggs.
  4. Add the sliced sausages, yogurt, cheese, and spices. Mix everything well.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a lightly oiled baking dish.
  6. Grate cheese on top to cover the mixture evenly.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (about 400°F) for approximately 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy a delicious, hearty meal.

Tip: You can add herbs, diced peppers, or your favorite seasonings.
