- 9 oz (250 g) tea biscuits, crushed
- 10 chocolate-covered banana marshmallow candies, crumbled
- 2 cups (500 ml) milk
- 2 packets chocolate pudding mix
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 3.5 oz (100 g) dark chocolate (or baking chocolate), melted
- 3 bars (about 10.5 oz / 300 g) dark baking chocolate, melted
- 1 cup (250 ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1 packet whipped cream mix (or homemade whipped cream)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Base:
- In a large bowl, crush the tea biscuits and chocolate banana candies.
- In a saucepan, cook the chocolate pudding with milk according to package instructions.
- Melt the butter and 100 g of chocolate together.
- Mix everything well and press into a cake pan as the first layer.
- Make the Chocolate Ganache Layer:
- Melt the remaining dark chocolate using a double boiler (or microwave in short intervals).
- Stir in the heavy whipping cream until smooth.
- Pour over the biscuit base as the second layer.
