Delicious Chicken in Tomato Sauce with Parmesan Cheese Recipe ingredients:

3 teaspoon of olive oil,
1 teaspoon rosemary,
1 teaspoon of thyme,
1 teaspoon parsley,
salt and pepper,
8 chicken steak,
half a cup of mozzarella,
16 teaspoons of Parmesan,
2 tablespoons of butter.

For the sauce:

1/2 cup olive oil
onion
2 cloves of garlic
a bunch of celery
carrots
salt and pepper
900 g Peel
6 basil leaves
2 bay leaves
4 tablespoons of butter
Preparation

Sauce

Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is soft, about 2 minutes. Add celery and carrot and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, basil and bay leaves and let it simmer over low heat for about an hour, until it thickens. Remove the bay leaves and taste the sauce. If it is still sour, add butter. Put half of the sauce in a blender and blend until smooth, then add the rest.

Meat

  1. Turn on the oven at 250 Celsius. Mix meat spices with oil, salt and pepper. Roll all the chicken cutlets in this mixture. Fry the marinated meat until it takes on a light brown color, 2 minutes on each side.
  2. Put the chicken in a baking tray, then apply tomato sauce on each steak, then a spoonful of mozzarella and two teaspoons of Parmesan cheese. Then apply pieces of butter over the meat. Bake until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through, about 3 to 5 minutes.
