Delicious Cheese and Dill Stuffed Zucchini ingredients:
1 kg of smaller zucchini,
300 grams of full-fat cheese,
2 spoons of capers,
1 bunch dill,
50 grams of parmesan,
2 spoons of sour cream,
1 deciliter of olive oil,
1 tablespoon of dried vegetable seasoning,
salt and pepper to taste
Cut the courgettes in half and hollow them out. At the ends, cut a little so that the zucchini can stand upright like cups. Mash the cheese and mix it with capers, chopped dill, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, dried vegetable seasoning, salt and pepper. Stuff the zucchini, arrange them in an ovenproof dish, spray with oil and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 200 °C. Serve cold.
