Czech Dumplings ingredients:
1 cup of milk,
1 cup of water,
1 yeast,
1 teaspoon of sugar + 2 teaspoons of salt,
2 egg yolks + 2 egg whites, beat egg whites until stiff.
Knead the ingredients with flour until it is soft.
Fry cubes of bread or 3 buns (croutons) in butter.
Mix it into the dough and let it rise.
Prepare two wet and wrung out napkins and pour the dough on them. Twist, make like two salami, but thicker. Do not tighten too much because the dough will rise during cooking. Tie the ends with a rubber band or thicker thread and cook in salted water for 15 minutes on each side. Remove, cut into slices and cover with venison juice and sour cream.
