Ingredients:
5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons thick plain yogurt (Greek-style recommended)
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper or cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon dried mint
½ teaspoon dried thyme
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Optional: chopped bacon or prosciutto for added flavor
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
