Cream soup and cauliflower salad are two excellent recipes.
Cream soup: Boil cauliflower florets in salted water, blend in a blender. Fry a little flour in oil, add blended cauliflower, cover with stock or water, add salt to taste, add sour cream or cooking cream, and if you want something sour, you can add a little lemon juice.
Cauliflower salad
Boil a head of cauliflower in salted water. Put the cooked flowers in a bowl and pour the dressing over them:
2 dcl mayonnaise,
2 tablespoons of sour cream,
2-3 tablespoons of milk,
some mustard.
If necessary, a little lemon juice.
Sprinkle finely grated carrots on top.
Baked Cauliflower in the oven:
Cook Cauliflower, put it on toasted breadcrumbs, pour cream over it and put it in the oven to brown a little.
