Home-made juices from fruits and vegetables-

I adore natural juices, there is nothing healthier for our body than that
I don’t know if you know, but the most important rule with juices is to never mix vegetables and fruits, that means – either you drink fruit juice or vegetable juice
I will leave a couple of recipes for making very tasty and healthy juices

  • Bombay juice
    It is necessary:
    -2. bananas
    -2. oranges
  • 6 dates
  • half a pineapple
    -1 lemon
    Preparation: Wash and clean the fruit and put bananas, dates and pineapple in a blender and add lemon juice and oranges. Blend everything well and serve with ice cubes!
  • Spring juice
    It is necessary:
  • half a kg of strawberries (raspberries)
  • one teaspoon of honey
  • two oranges
    Preparation: Wash and clean the fruit and put strawberries (raspberries) and oranges in a blender. Blend and add a teaspoon of honey. Blend again.

Sun juice
It is necessary:

  • 4 large peaches
  • 1. banana
  • 2. apples
  • 1. orange
  • 1. pear
    Preparation: Wash and clean the fruit and mix in a blender. Only juice is used for oranges

Ada juice
It is necessary:

  • 1 kg of watermelon
  • 2. bigger peaches
  • 1. apple
    Preparation: Wash and clean the fruit and blend in a blender.

Here are some recipes for making vegetable juices

Tomato juice
It is necessary:

  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1. kohlrabi
  • 1 large cucumber
  • some pepper
  • 1. small beetroot
  • Optional: a little salt
    Preparation: Wash and clean the vegetables well. Drain through a juicer and season.

Carrot, celery and beetroot juice
It is necessary:

  • 3 large carrots
  • half a bunch of parsley leaves
  • 1. beetroot
  • 1. celery
  • sweetener as desired
  • 1st person root
    Preparation: Wash and clean the vegetables well, cut into small pieces and squeeze through a juicer. Add lemon and sweetener. Stir well so that the honey melts completely. Drink slowly, sip by sip over the course of 20 minutes.

Carrot juice
It is necessary:

  • 4 large carrots
  • a few drops of lemon juice
  • 2. beets
  • 4-5 cauliflower flowers
  • 1 celery, as desired
    Preparation:

Wash and clean the vegetables well. Drain through a juicer and season with lemon.
