*salt and pepper to taste
Way to Bread Chicken:
*2 eggs
*flour
*3 spoons of breadcrumbs
*100 grams of ground cornflakes
*100 grams of ground hazelnuts
Chicken stuffed with goat’s cheese preparation method:
- Cut the meat into thin steaks and pound them with a meat mallet by placing two layers of foil in between.
Season with salt and pepper.
- Take some cheese and put it in a leaf of chopped spinach. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and wrap the leaf.
The filling must be well wrapped. That way, it will not spill during frying, and the green leaf gives the dish freshness and a nice color.
- Place the filling in the middle of each steak. Twist into a roll. If necessary, fasten it with a toothpick.
- Roll first in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the dry mixture of breadcrumbs, cornflakes and hazelnuts. Let the roll rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Fry in a lot of oil and serve with a fresh salad.
