Chicken Breast in vegetable marinade ingredients for 4 people:

4 pieces of boneless chicken meat with skin, 30 grams of flour, 30 grams of butter, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, 150 ml of chicken broth, a few mushrooms, chopped parsley garnish.

For the marinade:

2 tablespoons of olive oil,
1 tablespoon lemon juice,
3 cloves of garlic,
salt, pepper,
0.5 teaspoons of herbs.

Method of preparation

Mix all the marinade ingredients. Place the chicken in the marinade for 30 minutes. We take it out and wipe it with a paper towel and soak it. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Put the chicken and fry. Then we collect them from the pan and put them in a warm place. Pour over the soup base and boil well.
Place the chicken breast in a deep bowl, pour hot sauce over it. At the end, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
