Cheesed Potatoes Ingredients:
3 large potaotes, pared,
5 slices of bacon,
1 large onion, sliced,
1/2 lb of processed cheese cubed 2 cups,
1/2 cup butter or margarine.
serves 6
Slice potaotes onto a big piece of foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper,
crumple bacon over. Add onionand cheese cubes, slice butter all over. Mix on foilbrign edges up and leaving a little space for expansion of steam seal well with double fold
Cook one hour over hot coals turning several times.
