Celery Fried in Cheese Ingredients:
- 1 celery root (about 450 g)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

- 60 g butter
Preparation:
Wash the celery, peel it, and cut it into slices about 1 cm thick. Blanch it briefly in salted water with lemon juice. Drain well and dry with a paper towel.
