Ingredients:
- 7 oz thin pasta (like elbow macaroni or spaghetti)
- 2 eggs
- 3.5 oz feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs lightly. Add the sour cream, yogurt, and whisk until smooth.
- Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the mixture, along with the oil, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and stir until evenly coated with the mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper, pour in the pasta mixture, and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until golden and slightly crispy on top.
