If you want to make something delicious without spending a lot, we recommend trying this baked macaroni and cheese dish!

Ingredients:

  • 7 oz thin pasta (like elbow macaroni or spaghetti)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3.5 oz feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs lightly. Add the sour cream, yogurt, and whisk until smooth.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the mixture, along with the oil, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and stir until evenly coated with the mixture.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper, pour in the pasta mixture, and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until golden and slightly crispy on top.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

This dish is perfect as a main meal or a side, and it pairs wonderfully with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables.
