Arabia cake ingredients for the crust:

  • 10 egg whites
  • 10 spoons of sugar
  • 150 grams of walnuts
  • 150 grams of dates
  • 150 grams of dried figs
  • 150 grams of raisins
  • 5 spoons of flour
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 baking powder

Preparation
Mix the egg whites and sugar well, then add the other ingredients. First, you should soak the raisins in a little water and then dry them well, cut the dates and figs into the smallest possible pieces, then add a little flour to them and mix them so they don’t stick together.
When you have added all the ingredients, pour the mixture into a large tray and bake the crust at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Turn off and leave in the heated oven for another 20 minutes. Cool the crust completely and then grind it.
Cream:

  • 10 egg yolks
  • 7 spoons of sugar
  • 250 g of butter
  • 100 g of chocolate
    Steam the egg yolks and sugar, add the chocolate while it’s hot, cool and add the butter, then mix everything well.
    Assemble the cake: crust, cream, crust, cream. Decorate as desired, for example, like this:
    To decorate the Arabia cake, make the following cream:
  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • 3 spoons of density
  • 5 spoons of sugar
  • 500 milliliters of sweet cream.
    Add sugar to the milk and bring to a boil, leave to cool. Mix the sweet cream and gradually add it to the cooled mixture and mix well.
