Ingredients:

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons melted cream cheese or spreadable cheese

Instructions:

  1. Cut the zucchini into small cubes and sauté in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown.
  2. Add salt, black pepper, and minced garlic, then cook for another minute.
