Ingredients
Meatballs
- 10 oz (300 g) ground meat (beef or a mix of beef and pork)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 slice bread, soaked in 1/4 cup milk and squeezed dry
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
Potatoes
- 1 lb (450 g) baby potatoes, peeled and washed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground meat, chopped onion, garlic, soaked bread, egg, parsley, and spices. Mix well with your hands until fully combined. Shape into small meatballs.
In another bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, seasoning, and parsley until evenly coated.

Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the meatballs are fully cooked and golden.
Serving
Serve warm straight from the oven. The potatoes turn soft and flavorful, while the meatballs stay juicy—an easy dish that delivers rich, homemade taste.
