Winter Cake is the perfect dessert for cold days, offering a light and refreshing treat with a creamy texture and fruity flavor.

Ingredients:

500g fresh cheese (cream cheese)
1 jar of peach compote
3 sheets of gelatin
100g butter
260g biscuits
2 egg whites
250ml heavy cream
50g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 kiwi
A little lemon juice
Preparation:

Drain the cheese and peaches. Soak the gelatin in cold water. Grease the sides of a cake mold with butter. Grate the biscuits. Melt the butter and pour it over the grated biscuits in the mold. Place the mold in the fridge to set.

Dissolve the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of hot water, then mix it into the cheese using a mixer.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the cheese mixture. Whip the heavy cream with the sugar and add it to the cheese mixture. Stir in the peaches, cut into cubes.

Pour the mixture into the cake mold and allow it to set in the fridge. Decorate the cake with slices of kiwi and grated biscuits. Chill thoroughly in the fridge before serving.
