The ingredients are for 10 servings.
750g of beans
200g of vegetable oil
170g of onion
80g of carrots
80g of celery
120g of paprika
300g of tomatoes
20g of flour
35g of fresh chives
10g of paprika powder
35g of parsley
20g of salt
Cleaned and washed beans are soaked in cold water for 5-6 hours. It is washed again, covered with cold water and cooked on low heat with a little vegetable oil. Add the peeled, washed and diced carrot and celery, pepper and part of the onion to the half-cooked beans. In the remaining fat, lightly fry the flour, the remaining finely chopped onion, and part of the finely chopped tomatoes. The soup is colored with paprika powder, diluted with a decoction of boiled beans and poured over. Add the rest of the finely chopped red tomatoes and finely chopped chives. The dish is salted and left to boil for another ten minutes (or browns). After removing from the heat, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
