Ingredients:
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup green onions, finely chopped
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
¼ cup plain yogurt
¼ tsp salt
A pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed and drained spinach with mayonnaise, green onions, parsley, yogurt, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together.
