Soy patties are a simple and tasty dish. They are made from soy flakes, onions, garlic, eggs, flour, and spices.
Ingredients:
- 200g soy flakes
- 1 onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cup of water
- 5 tablespoons of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- seasoning, salt, pepper
Preparation:
After mixing all the ingredients, I sometimes add more flour and water (sparkling water is also a great addition). The mixture shouldn’t be too thick because these patties aren’t made in the traditional way where you form them into balls. Instead, you scoop small amounts with a spoon and fry them in hot oil in a pan.
I hope I’ve explained it well, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask. These patties are incredibly delicious, and even meat lovers go crazy for them!
Try to use as little oil as possible, but don’t use too little, as the patties could burn and turn bitter. After frying, you can place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
