Crunchy seeded breadsticks are easy to make and perfect for snacking or serving with soups and salads. You can bake them in the oven or use a sandwich press for a quick result.
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup beer or white wine
- ¾ cup oil
- 14 oz (about 3 1/3 cups) all-purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3.5 oz (about 2/3 cup) sesame seeds
- 3.5 oz (about 2/3 cup) flax seeds
- 3.5 oz (about 2/3 cup) sunflower seeds
- 3.5 oz (about 2/3 cup) peeled pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients to form dough. Roll out to about ½ inch thickness, cut into sticks, and bake at 400°F (200°C) until lightly browned. If you have a sandwich press, you can also cook them there or use a traditional press for a quick bake.
