Savory Bundt Bread Ingredients:

  • 500 g of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cube of yeast
  • 1 packet of margarine
  • Ham (grated or chopped)
  • Cheese (grated)
  • Ketchup

Instructions:

Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and cooked through.

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it rise. Add the egg and mix well. Combine the prepared yeast mixture with the flour and add the oil to form a dough.

Allow the dough to rise, then roll it out and spread softened margarine over it. Fold the dough and let it rest for five minutes. Repeat this process two more times.

On the third roll-out, spread margarine over the dough, then cover it with a layer of ketchup. Sprinkle grated ham and cheese evenly over the top.

Roll the dough into a log and cut it into slices. Arrange the slices in a Bundt pan greased with margarine. Brush the top of the dough with more margarine.
