Rosemary is a fragrant evergreen shrub, often admired for its aromatic leaves and delicate blue or white flowers. Beyond its ornamental appeal, rosemary has long been cherished in the kitchen for its unique, slightly spicy flavor, enhancing dishes like lamb, fish, roasted vegetables, and sauces.
But rosemary isn’t just a culinary delight—research shows it can boost memory and mental clarity. Traditionally, it has been used medicinally to support liver and gallbladder health, aid digestion, relieve cramps and bloating, stimulate circulation, and promote detoxification. Its calming properties also help with nervous tension, menstrual discomfort, migraines, and dizziness, while supporting heart health.
One simple and elegant way to enjoy rosemary’s benefits is by infusing it into wine. This rosemary-infused white wine is not only aromatic and flavorful but also considered a natural herbal tonic.
