Ingredients (Makes 2 servings):
- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen overnight
- 1/2 cup silver tequila
- 1/4 cup triple sec (or orange liqueur)
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice (about 2–3 limes)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 lime wheels, for garnish
- Optional: splash of coconut water or pineapple juice for a tropical twist
- Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Coarse sea salt (for rimming the glasses)
Instructions:
- Prep the Glasses: Rub a lime wedge around the rims of two margarita glasses. Dip each rim in coarse sea salt. Set aside.
