Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose white flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the peanut butter, beaten egg, and milk to the dry mixture. Stir until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
