This dish is perfect when you want to prepare something simple, quick, and delicious. With just a few basic ingredients like mushrooms, peppers, onions, cheese, and pasta, you can create a hearty meal that everyone will love.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 spring onions
  • 400 g pasta
  • 200 g cheese
  • 1 deciliter tomato juice
  • 100 g hard cheese (such as cheddar or gouda)

Preparation:

  1. Slice the mushrooms, cut the bell pepper into strips, and chop the spring onions. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, finely chop the onion and sauté it briefly in a pan. Add the mushrooms, bell pepper, and spring onions. Lightly salt and sauté for 6–7 minutes.
  3. Drain the cooked pasta and mix it with the sautéed vegetables, cheese, tomato juice, and half of the grated hard cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with the remaining cheese, and bake at 220°C (428°F) for about 15 minutes.
