This Oreo Ice Cream Cake is a creamy, crunchy, and chocolatey dessert that’s easy to make and perfect for any celebration. Layers of cookies, ice cream, and chocolate come together for a show-stopping treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 quart (4 cups) of ice cream, slightly softened
- 36 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 cup chocolate fudge or hot chocolate sauce
Instructions:
Slice into squares and serve chilled.
Lightly soften the ice cream so it spreads easily.
Press the crushed Oreo cookies into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a firm base.
Spread the softened ice cream evenly over the cookie layer.
Pour chocolate fudge over the ice cream and gently spread it.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, until firm.
