Old Bread Pie Ingredients:
7 slices of bread
6 eggs
2 dl sour cream
1 dl of yogurt
200 g of cheese
1 dl of oil
Preparation:
Cut the bread into cubes. Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. In a deep dish, beat the eggs, preferably with a fork, add oil, sour cream and yogurt and mix everything together. Put the bread in the mixture, mix and let it stand for 5 minutes. Line the mold with pak-paper and grease it with a little oil. Pour half of the mixture into the mold, and sprinkle it with crumbled cheese, then pour in the other half. Spray a little oil and bake for about 40 minutes, until the pie is golden brown. It can be eaten hot or cold, with yogurt, sour cream, and cheese if desired.
