Marlena cake ingredients for dough:
- 2 eggs,
- 70 grams of sugar,
- 40 grams of flour,
- 10 grams of density,
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa,
- half teaspoon of baking powder,
- 150 grams of margarine.
Preparation
Mix egg whites with sugar into a stiff foam. Add egg yolks one by one and mix constantly. Add flour, thickener, cocoa and baking powder. At the end, stir in the melted margarine. Pour into a mold and bake.
White cream:
- 250 grams of fresh cheese
- 5 spoons of sugar
- 1 bag of gelatin
- 1/4 l of sweet cream
Preparation
Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the bag. Whip the sweet cream into stiff whipped cream. Mix cream cheese with sugar, add gelatin and sweet cream, mix. Put the cream on the cooled dough. - 5 bananas
Place the bananas cut in half lengthwise on the white cream.
Chocolate cream:
- 100 grams of chocolate
- 1/4 l of sweet cream
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in the sweet cream at least 6 hours before. Cool well in the fridge. After cooling, mix into stiff whipped cream. Put the cream on the bananas. - 1/4 l of sweet cream
Mix the toppings into the whipped cream and coat the outside of the cake.
You can decorate Marlena cake with one banana cut into rings and dipped in melted chocolate.
