Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 3 boiled egg yolks
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Ground walnuts, for decorating

Instructions:

  1. Pass the 3 boiled egg yolks through a sieve, mixing them with 1 tablespoon of sour cream. Add sugar to this mixture and stir to combine.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk 3 eggs (separating 1 egg white) until frothy.
  3. Sift the flour and baking powder together, then add to the egg mixture. Combine until a smooth dough forms.
