Making your own nettle juice at home is simple, budget-friendly, and incredibly healthy. The main ingredient—nettles—is completely free and packed with benefits.

Homemade nettle juice is more than just refreshing—it’s packed with nutrients that support your body in amazing ways:

Nettle is rich in iron and essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and silica. It’s especially high in vitamin C, though this can diminish with heat. Luckily, this recipe preserves most of its nutrients.

  • Vitamin C – Boosts your immune system, helps your body absorb iron, and promotes healthy skin.
  • Vitamin A – Essential for eye health, supports the immune system, and helps maintain healthy skin and tissues.
  • Vitamin K – Important for blood clotting and bone health.
  • B Vitamins – Help convert food into energy, support brain function, and reduce fatigue.
  • Iron – Supports red blood cell production and helps prevent anemia.
  • Magnesium & Calcium – Support healthy bones, muscle function, and relaxation.
  • Silica – Helps with strong nails, hair, and connective tissue.

Drinking this juice regularly can be a gentle and natural way to boost your energy, improve circulation, and keep your immune system strong.

You can easily find nettles in your garden or in the wild, and besides juice, they can also be used in pies, soups, and more.

Today, we’re sharing an easy recipe for a refreshing, vitamin-rich nettle juice!
