Dough:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour (500g)
- 1 tablespoon dry yeast (25g)
- 1/2 cup warm water (100ml)
- 2/3 cup warm milk (150ml)
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil (150ml)
- 1 tablespoon salt (25g)
Toppings:
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes (400g)
- 14 oz cheese (mozzarella)
- 14 oz sliced mushrooms (400g)
- 8 oz cooked chicken ham (250g)
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup sour cream (1 pack)
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Oregano to taste
Instructions:
Mix the dough ingredients until you achieve a dough that is not too hard or too soft. Cover it and let it rise in a warm area. Once it has finished fermenting, knead it gently and let it rest again. After the second rise, transfer the dough to a floured surface and roll it out to about 1/4 inch thick. Place it into a greased baking sheet.
Spread crushed tomatoes (pelat) over the dough and sprinkle with oregano. Add 10 oz of grated cheese (mozzarella), followed by sliced mushrooms. Slice the hard-boiled eggs and arrange them over the pizza, along with thinly sliced onion. Layer the chicken ham over the toppings and finish with the remaining cheese.
Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C). Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted. Slice the tomato, removing the seeds, and arrange the slices on top of the pizza. Add a tablespoon of sour cream on top of each tomato slice.
