Recipe for homemade chicken soup cubes has been in my notebook for a long time, and it’s one of my favorites for a quick, healthy soup.
One of the most common ingredients used to prepare soups and other dishes is store-bought soup cubes. However, these often contain unhealthy amounts of salt, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives. To make your soup healthier and tastier, here’s a simple recipe for homemade chicken soup cubes.
These cubes are made from fresh, natural ingredients and will enrich your meals with flavor and nutrients.
Not only will you create a soup full of natural goodness, but your kitchen will also be filled with a delightful aroma during the process.
Ingredients:
- Chicken wings
- Celery
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Carrots
- Salt
Instructions:
- Simmer the chicken wings in a small amount of water for a longer time until the liquid thickens slightly.
- Wash, peel, and blend the vegetables (carrots, celery, parsley, and garlic) in a blender. You can also add onions or potatoes for additional flavor.
- Mix the water from the cooked chicken with the pureed vegetables. Stir well.
- Add salt to taste, and if desired, a bit of black pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls or cubes. Place them in an ice cube tray or freezer bags and freeze.
How to use:
Whenever you want a quick soup, take one cube from the freezer, drop it into a quart of boiling water, and let it simmer for a few minutes. For extra flavor, add noodles, dumplings, fresh carrots, and parsley. Enjoy!
