Greek Tuna Pie Ingredients:

1 package frozen puff pastry,
300g canned tuna,
4 hard-boiled eggs,
2 raw eggs,
1 dl sour cream,
salt, pepper.

Thaw the pastry and divide it into two parts. Drain the tuna thoroughly and mash well. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs, then mix with the tuna, adding the yolks and sour cream. Beat the egg whites into a stiff foam and gently fold them into the mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Line a baking dish or cake pan with one part of the pastry, pour in the filling, and cover with the other half of the pastry. Poke the pastry with a fork in several places. Bake for about half an hour. Let the pie cool, then cut it into squares. Serve warm.
With salads, radishes, or green onions, this pie can also make a satisfying main dish.
