Grandma’s wafers
(the simplest)
Cook 400 g of sugar, 1 margarine, 100 g of chocolate over low heat until completely melted. Cool, then add a mixture of:
4 eggs, beat the yolks separately and the whites separately,
combine, then add 100 gr. walnuts and 100 gr. ground biscuit. If you like, you can add chopped jelly candies, coconut, chopped walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, raisins…
Fill the wafers, cover with a cloth or foil, and press down with something heavier from above. yellow wafers
Black and yellow wafers
BLACK FILLING:
8 egg whites,
12 spoons of sugar,
300 grams of ground plasma,
100 grams. ground walnuts
2 spoons of cocoa
– YELLOW FILLING:
8 egg yolks
200g powdered sugar
2 vanilla sugar
1 margarine
Chocolate bananas
- Pour 800g of sugar into 2.5dl of water and leave for 10 minutes. let it boil
- when it cools down, add 3 sachets of gelatin dissolved in water
- mix everything with a mixer for 10 minutes and when it turns completely white and thickens, add 1 bottle of banana flavoring. Grease a tray (or a bowl in which you want the bananas to stand) with oil and pour the mixture.
- when the mixture has cooled, pour the chocolate glaze over it – 4 tablespoons of water, a teaspoon of sugar, a teaspoon of oil and 100 grams of cooking chocolate.
- put in the fridge to harden nicely
Mom’s wafer roll with bananas
1 pack of wafers
600g sugar
1 margarine
300g ground biscuits
250g ground walnuts
20 chocolate bananas
Boil 2 glasses of water with 600 grams of sugar, add 1 margarine, and when it all melts nicely, add biscuits and nuts. Place each leaf on a warm, moist (not wet!) cloth, cover with filling, then arrange bananas on the edge of each, and fold into rolls.
