Grandma’s Recipe for Minced Meat Patties
Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (500 g) ground mixed meat (beef and pork)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 2 thick slices of stale bread, soaked in water and squeezed
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, egg, parsley, seasoning, garlic, soaked bread, and salt until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into evenly sized patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite side dish, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
