Fruit cake ingredients:

150 grs. of Butter,

4 Eggs,

½ Lemon, its zest,

¾ Cup of Milk,

2 Peaches,

2 Apples,

2 Pears,

2 ½ Cups of Flour,

2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder.

Preparation:

Beat in the butter, sugar and yolks. If you work with the mixer add the milk little by little and continue beating. Add the lemon zest and flour with the baking powder. Beat the 4 egg whites apart until stiff and add to the preparation little by little and in an enveloping way, mixing at the same time the fruit cut into pieces. This should be peeled. Bake in a large savarin-type mold over low heat until the cake is cooked. Around an hour.
