Fresh Green Bean and Cherry Tomato Salad Ingredients:
350 g green beans,
320 g of cherry tomatoes,
a clove of garlic,
Red onion,
spoon of olive oil,
a spoonful of vinegar balsamic.
Preparation:
Boil the green beans briefly and immediately rinse with cold water to stop the heat treatment. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with oil and vinegar. Grate the garlic and add to the green beans. Cut the red onion into rings, put in a colander and cover with warm water. Add green beans and mix everything gently.
