French Chocolate Ingredients:
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate pieces, 1/2 tsp vanilla,
1/4 cup light corn syrup,
1 cup chilled whipping cream,
3 Tbsp water,
4 cups of milk.
Heat chocolate pieces, corn syrup and water over low heat, stirring until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla; chill. In a chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff, adding chocolate gradually; beat until mixture mounds when dropped. Heat milk (do not boil). Fill cups 1/2 full with cream mixture; fill cups with warm milk and mix. 8 servings
