Easy Vegetable-Beef Soup ingredients:
1 pound ground beef,
1/2 large onion, diced,
2 stalks celery, diced (optional),
1 can beef stock,
3-4 large turnips (peeled & diced to your preferred size),
2 cans of tomato sauce (or one large can),
1/2 of a small can of tomato paste,
2 cans cut green beans (do not drain),
possibly some water,
salt & pepper to taste
Brown ground beef and drain off fat. In a large pan combine all ingredients and enough water to cover then bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until celery and turnips are tender.
