Easy and Fast Pizza Dough Recipe for Crispy Homemade Pizzas Ingredients:

450 g plain flour, plus extra for sprinkling,

7g bag of instant dry yeast,

1 teaspoon of fine sea salt,

1 teaspoon of sugar

2 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for drizzling

1 tablespoon of cornmeal, polenta or semolina

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to the highest temperature, around 240°C, or 450°F before you start making the dough. Place 2 large baking trays to heat. Mix the flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the center and add the oil, then add about 225ml of water to make a dough. Turn out onto a floured surface and mix for 1 minute, just until smooth. Let it rise while you prepare the pizza toppings.

Roll out one ball at a time on a lightly floured surface, about 25 cm in diameter. Dust a large square of baking paper with cornmeal, then lift the dough onto the paper. Stretch it out and press it with your fingertips until it is about 30 cm in diameter. The middle should be about 5 mm, and the crust about 1 cm deep. Repeat to make a second pizza crust.

Spread the sauce on the pizzas and add the toppings. Pour a little oil over it and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before baking, so that the dough starts to rise. Slide the pizzas onto the preheated pans. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the base is golden and crispy. Bon Appétit
