Easter Chops recipe is a wonderful choice for a family lunch during the Easter celebration. The combination of ingredients is not only delicious but also brings a festive touch to the table, making it perfect for family gatherings.

Easter chops for 4 people:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 5 pickles
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable seasoning
  • 150 g kaymak (a type of cream)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • instant mashed potatoes
  • 300 ml milk
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation of Easter Chops:

Fry the pork chops until golden brown. In the same pan, sauté the chopped garlic cloves. Add pepper, pour in about 100 ml of water, and stir. Then add the grated eggs and a tablespoon of vegetable seasoning. Return the pork chops to the pan, cover, and let them simmer.

Next, add the sour cream and the pickles, cut into long strips. In a pot on the stove, pour in the milk, kaymak, and vegetable seasoning. Stir well, then add the instant mashed potato powder and the tomato paste.
