Salad with roasted pepper and corn ingredients:
4 roasted peppers,
leek,
2 pickles,
200 g of sweet corn,
vinegar to taste,
100 g of crumbled cheese,
3 tablespoons of oil,
salt and pepper,

Clean the peppers from the seeds and cut them into cubes. Cut the leek into rings. Place peppers, chopped cucumber, leek and sweet corn in a bowl. Add oil and vinegar, and crumble old cheese over it.
