Classic Waffles Recipe:

Wheat flour -230 g,
Sugar -50 g,
Eggs -110 g,
Butter -110 g,
Milk – 130 g,
Baking powder -1.5 tsp.
Vanilla extract (essence) – 1 tsp.


PREPARATION

  1. Beat butter (soft) with sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, milk, vanilla extract (essence). Beat until smooth.
  3. Stir flour with baking powder and add portions to the total mass.
  4. Put the finished dough into a preheated waffle iron. Bake until tender.
