Classic Waffles Recipe:
Wheat flour -230 g,
Sugar -50 g,
Eggs -110 g,
Butter -110 g,
Milk – 130 g,
Baking powder -1.5 tsp.
Vanilla extract (essence) – 1 tsp.
PREPARATION
- Beat butter (soft) with sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs, milk, vanilla extract (essence). Beat until smooth.
- Stir flour with baking powder and add portions to the total mass.
- Put the finished dough into a preheated waffle iron. Bake until tender.
