Ingredients:

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning mix
  • 14 oz (400 g) chicken breast, cut into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 7 oz (200 g) fresh mushrooms, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Mix the chicken strips with cornstarch.
  2. Slice the cleaned mushrooms into thin pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden. Drain excess oil and set aside in a warm place.
  4. In the same pan, cook the mushrooms until tender.
  5. Combine the cooked chicken and mushrooms in a larger dish.
  6. Add the seasoning mix, ginger, and minced garlic.
  7. Season with salt to taste and mix well.
