Chicken Breast Sticks Ingredients:

  • 300 g of chicken breast
  • 300 g of ham (or another type of deli meat)
  • 3 packages of sliced processed cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • Seasoning to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • A little sesame for sprinkling

Preparation:

  1. In a lightly greased baking dish, arrange the chicken breast cut into finger-thick slices.
  2. Layer the slices of processed cheese (you can also use cheese) over the chicken, followed by a layer of thinly sliced ham, then another layer of cheese, and finally another layer of ham.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and add the sour cream, a little salt, seasoning (be careful not to oversalt since both the ham and cheese are salty), and pepper. Mix everything well until combined, then pour the mixture over the layered chicken and ham.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes. Once cooled, cut into sticks.
