Cheese Cake ingredients:
1/2 tsp vanilla,
4 eggs,
500 gr. part skim Ricotta cheese,
1/2 cup sour cream,
2 tbsp self-rising flour,
1tbsp lemon juice,
3/4 cup sugar,
2 tbsp sugar,
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix 1 egg + 3 egg yolks with Ricotta cheese, sor cream, flour, vanilla, lemon juice and 3/4 cup sugar. Pour the batter into 9″ greased pan and bake for 20 min.
Beat the egg whites on high speed. Add 2 tbsp sugar and beat until foamy. Spread over the half baked cake and bake for another 20 min. Cool and refrigerate.
