Carrot and Walnut Cake with Cinnamon ingredients for 8 servings:
150 grams of flour,
2 eggs,
4 carrots,
200 grams of sugar,
1 dessert spoon of cinnamon,
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder,
a pinch of salt,
70 grams of walnuts,
20 grams of butter or margarine.
How to prepare
Pour flour into the bowl. Rub 4 carrots. Add 2 eggs and mix.
Take butter or margarine and melt it. Then add to the bowl.
Cut the walnuts into small pieces. After that, add nuts plus sugar, salt and baking powder to the mixture.
Mix everything thoroughly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Pour into the mold (I put baking paper in the mold) and put it in the oven for about 40-45 minutes.
